Refund Policy

Because our patterns are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, except in these cases:

• Duplicate charge. If you were charged twice for the same item, we refund the extra charge.
• Defective file we can't fix. If your file won't open, is corrupted, or has an error that makes the pattern unusable, email us. We'll send a corrected file or help you; if we can't fix it, we refund you.
• Never received. If you paid but never got a working download, we resend it or refund you.

Please contact chris@aetheryield.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID or receipt email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear in 5 to 10 business days.

Tester Editions

Tester Editions are sold at a low price because they are new. Reporting an error earns credit under the tester program, but is not by itself grounds for a refund.

Pattern Club

You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops future billing. Past months are not refunded except for duplicate charges or billing errors.

Chargebacks

Please email us first; we usually resolve issues within a day or two.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
